What to email about
- Corrections. If a rate, threshold or eligibility rule on our site is wrong, please tell us. Include the page URL and what should be different — we'll prioritise the fix and update the page (and add a "Last updated" timestamp on the relevant page).
- Suggestions for new guides. If you couldn't find what you needed and think we should cover something, let us know. We track suggestions and write the most-requested ones first.
- Accessibility issues. Tell us how the site works (or doesn't) with your assistive technology. We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA and will fix issues promptly.
- Press, partnerships, embeds. If you're a journalist, MP's office, charity or adviser and would like a citation, an embeddable widget, or a comment on a story, we're happy to help where we can.
- General feedback. Compliments, complaints, and anything in between.
We can't give individual benefits advice. We don't know your full personal circumstances, we're not regulated to advise on your specific claim, and we won't represent you in a Mandatory Reconsideration or tribunal. For free, qualified, individual help, please contact:
